I couldn't find TGP specs anywhere, but last years 3060 model had 95W. That was well below the 3060s 140W max, but the 4060 with Nvidia's voltage limitation, rarely boosts above 95W even in 140W guise.

This deal is pretty solid but probably not suitable for profressional Video and Photo editing using the internal display as the color gamut coverage for Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 are pretty low, just below 70%. If those are the priorities, I would look for the Asus VivoBook 16/16X Pro 2023 refresh with either their new 3.2K 120Hz OLED or the QHD+ 165Hz IPS display, both covering over 85% Adobe RGB and 100% DCI-P3 color volume.
