It's better to purchase the RX 6650 XT with Resident Evil 4, since the RX 6650 XT is about 20% better than the RX 6600, and the game code sells for $30-40 USD on the grey market. I'd recommend this ASRock 6650 XT [newegg.com] for $230, this Sapphire 6650 XT [newegg.com] for $245, or this XFX RX 7600 [amazon.com] for $258.

Thanks for pointing that out! I didn't see it when I was searching yesterday. The 6600 you linked also comes with Resident Evil 4 PC too. Here's the thread for that in case someone preferred Newegg and/or Gigabyte's 6600

Basically. You can attempt to sell the code that your vendor will email you that lets you use the AMD activation tool (that gets you the game) but no one will want to buy that.
