To people who can't spend the 8k. I normally pay my property taxes they charge 2% fee but this card gives back 1% so you pay 1% on 8k spent. Ie pay 80 dollars to get 1k bonus.
Also you can make estimated payments on your federal tax I believe it's 1.87% fee then reduce your withholdings to pay less to account for estimated payment. Otherwise get it back next year as refund etc..
Ever sell something on ebay? At a garage sale? Look, you have a business!

Ever have an IDEA for a business but haven't done anything with it yet? Look, you have a business!

Apply as a sole proprietorship, the business name is the same as your name, the EIN is your SSN.

You can do considerably better than 3 cents a point with most business and first class airline transfers (a booking to Japan earlier this year in business was about 7.4 cents a point for me for example though this is toward the high end)

Also I'd double check your "normally" results- 3 cents is high for typical Hyatt use, 2-2.5 is more typical.

Mind you- Hyatt is still worth doing compared to the portal or PYB or taking it as cash-- and even usually beats coach airfare values--- but typically is inferior to biz/first plane tickets via transfers.

How much are you spending that you're earning 3 million UR every year?
Unless you have a slick deal on a time machine, that's not a useful data point.

This is actually a much LOWER spend that it has been for most of the last couple years- normally it's been 15k for this card.

Got a big purchase coming up… anyone know how to get it with a referral bonus? Business referral bonus is 40K points, however when I create the referral link it takes me to the 15K / $195 offer. Frown

Personally I'm keeping a single Sapphire Reserve card around between the wife and I and just consolidated the points there since the UR point values on the Reserve (1.5) are better than any of the other Sapphire or UR reward cards. I generally get most of the annual fee back in travel and perks. Plus the lounge card payed off big on my last trip to Europe and SEA (I think I hit 8 different lounges). As she or I get out of Sapphire jail, we'll rotate the cards and pick up the signup bonuses. The spend on these business cards are pretty high, but I just happen to have some major expenses coming through this summer, including a big home repair, so I'm gonna take advantage of it.

Is there a way to get a virtual card or digital card? I have a large purchase which can't wait. The card may take a couple of biz days to arrive
I believe they can issue you the card number right away if you call them

I got big 15k purchase coming up. Trying to apply 2 cards n split one each with wifey. This one doesn't offer 0% intro. Rather get one with $750 backlike business unlimited or something?
There is a citi card with 21 months no interest but Balance transfer fee itself kills the deal with 5%

It says on the offer page that this is a New Offer. It doesn't say limited time offer. Does anyone know is this offer now permanent, or is it a limited time offer even though it doesn't say that? Thank you

Most definitely this is available for a limited time. Chase is constantly refreshing their offers.

Ink Business unlimited vs Ink Business Cash vs Ink Business preferred?
Which one is better?
Depends entirely on your spending habits/categories and what you value the most as the reward. Cash back or points? https://money.slickdeals.net/guides/ink-business-credit-card-bonuses/

Yes, you can set it up to combine points between your business account to you personal account, as long as you have a UR earning CC on both sides (e.g. Business Ink and Freedom Unlimited). Note: you'll actually have to call Chase to have them set it up. Same if you want to share points between a family member.

Generally ALL chase cards are subject to the 5/24 rule for approvals....but business cards don't count AS one of the 5 once approved.
