No. Read the specs, the A2 is 60hz, B2 or C2 are 120 hz with VRR which is better for gaming. i suggest spend a few hundred more on something you will keep many years.

Actually it's detabatle many games don't have a 120hz mode, and if they do many experts recommend 60hz mode with better graphics. Having 60hz can still be plenty good for gaming especially if you're doing 4k Res the ps5 is not thaaaat powerful AAA will run 60 or 30 fps most of the times

Manchester United or Taco Bell?
Just to clarify, the A2 has 8.6 overall on rtngs. The tcl has 8.5. 17 inches of screen real estate at .1 less rating is Taco Bell or do you have your analogy backwards?

Suggest you read the reviews and not just the number rating. I suspect the person was saying they are two very different things -- i.e. one is a soccer team another a mediocre fast food restaurant.

Oled vs VA panel LCD(Qled) provide very different viewing experience. For example, Qled has lackluster color accuracy and horrible off angle viewing while providing super high brightness. There is a reason IPS panel is still extremely popular for computer LED monitors over VA or TN LED panel types.

This or a 65 inch open box TCL r655 mini LED for $400?
Honestly, Id go with the TCL over this A series. That's actually a nice deal on the TCL...you would be very, very hard pressed to come up with a better TV at that price.

I've had the 48 inch A1 for 2 years. I'm not a gamer. Love it including the operating system.

Is that the same for mini led panels? And aren't number ratings used to kind of equal the playing field in understanding the quality? Maybe I'm wrong.

Sharp angles. Get OLED. I watch my A1 in bed at a sharp angle. No loss of PQ.

I'm debating whether to buy this or spend about 200 less for a 50" tcl for watching sports. Main TV is a Sony A80J. This would sit below it in my setup. Previously had an old Samsung plasma 43" in the spot. So I'm wondering how this handles fast action in sports.... thanks

Anyone have the same experience with ABL (auto brightness limiter)? It dims the TV aggressively and then when some darker scenes come, the TV doesn't return to normal brightness and sometimes it's so dark, I couldn't tell what's going on in the movie or the show I am watching. The only 'fix' I found was if I touch the TV remote and press settings, then the TV seems to wake up and goes back to normal brightness.
