hey guys shopping around for a 65, how do you guys feel about this 6 series vs say a newer q6? The q6 is about 100 bucks cheaper but maybe the mini led on this one is worth?

This should be the price of the 646 or 655 even. I cant believe Costco is still selling these new on the market today.

I agree. I think they made significant improvements on 2021. Regardless, at this price, I would rather pay a bit extra for the newer models when on sale.

This is a lot better than the Q6. I think probably similar to the Q7 but there aren't any good reviews on them yet. I would wait for reviews on that or roll the dice on the Q7 over this, I'm assuming the Q7 is very similar but with a better processor than this because of age (I have a R635, it's picture is awesome, but the stock smart functions are slow). This has 220-240 dimming zones and 1000 nits peak brightness, which is about the same as what the Q7 lists, this does 120hz at 1080p and 1440p but not 4k, where I think the Q7 does it on those and 4k also.

I have this tv. It will do 1440 at 120hz for Xbox.

You people saying you can buy a 65" qled that is 120hz for $499 in this inflationary market are delusional.

Q7 is FALD. R635 is mini LED.

Remember all those shipping container mountains at the west coast ports. They are still trying to get that log jam cleared. Who knows what they will uncover in those containers.
