Probably yes.

PC gamers have always been a fickle bunch. With all the discounts you had a sub-$800 gaming laptop with a 3070ti, 17" and high refresh rate from a reliable manufacturer with good customer service.

But yet you get whiners because it's only fhd 480hz instead of qhd 240hz. Or the gpu is old when everybody trashed nvidia for the 4000 series. Even though the 3070ti will be great for years to come.

If you want the highest end performance, you gotta pay to play and not come here.

Amd version was more worth. It has more ram of 32gb. Amd gpu enables SAM tech, has higher vram of 12gb that has the performance between a 3070ti and 3080.

The USB-C port is hardwired to the integrated gpu, so if you ever plan to connect an external monitor to game, this will be a drawback. I recently cancelled my order on the previous r5 front page deal cause of this issue.

Just a heads up for those connecting to external monitors, the HDMI connection is the only one that's hooked to the dedicated GPU. The USB-C diplayport is connected to the integrated CPU graphics. So for gaming on an external monitor, unless it's something that supports HDMI 2.1, you're going to be limited in performance and gsync/adaptive sync. For this price you may not care, but something to be aware of. The M15 R7 is the same.

I didnt get the 10% off for signing up wtf? Chatting with a rep didn't help, they cannot generate coupon codes. He said sometimes it can take a few days, did yall get your instantly?

BTW The AMEX offers are different depending on the card. I have a Delta Reserve AMEX and the only offer for Dell is "+2 points per dollar spent"
