The Creality K1 is much better for about the same price, no? it has the full enclosure and is Core XY.
$629 - $63 coupon = $566

The creality printer is alright, but their customer support isnt particularly great. Seen to many complaints about the company just ignoring their customers. AnkerMake is from Anker obviously and their customer support is just amazing. The build volume is a bit larger as well at 9.25inx9.25inx9.84in. On top of that the ankermake is just so extremely user friendly. The i3 style is so much easier to do repairs and maintenance on and the enclosure for the K1 isnt doing it any favors in that aspect. Different printers for different people, but i would pick the M5 over the K1 any day personally.
I have an M5 that I got through the Kickstarter. After about 10 months of use, the only thing I've replaced is a few nozzles due to using abrasive materials.
I have to say that this is a pretty killer deal for what the printer offers, i first got my M5 with the Kickstarter project, and it has been working very well for almost a year now, i only had a couple of snags with the hotend while unscrewing it. Compared to other printers on the market, i will say that this is pretty good.

Might as well get the Bambu P1P at that price. I have the X1CC and love it. My Enders collect dust now

The P1P and X1C are nice, but they just dont have the same brand recognition that Anker does. Anker is a borderline household name at this point and they have the customer service to match. Not to mention the i3 style is so much easier to do maintenance and repairs on. And the polish of the M5 is just so clean, i imagine you could make the p1p clean but it just seems "naked" and the X1C is honestly made for different people. M5 is geared for people whove never touched a 3d printer.
Anker really is a household name, after their Eufy debacle -- lying to the general public, insecure security cameras, denying there was a problem, unauthorized biometrics data collection.
No one I know respects that company. I'll personally keep using my anker products that I own, but I will NOT be buying anything from them in the future. Other folks have thrown out everything anker they've owned.

Thats a bit unfair, that was a bit ago now, and theyve since fixed the issue. I understand losing trust for a brand but they did eventually fix the issue adn even apologized. What you do with your money is your choice of course, but i personally think anker has done enough to warrant buying their products again.
A bit ago? It was like 5 months ago lmao. They fixed the issue, but they showed clearly you cannot trust their claims. They may have fixed their externally visible issues, but there's no guarantee they aren't continuing to do shady shit that just no longer has public visibility.
Edit- Oh you literally created an account to shill in this thread. Neat.

I have 18 enders I bought for about 150 each work very well for my print farm. Nice thing about them is I can crank the speed since I do mostly functional parts no supports since they are my design. Make a nice 10k a month income off them.
What does a print farm print and how are you making $10k a month off of this?

I know, right? Creality or Bambu Labs, they just don't have that same kind of respect, recognition or expertise in the 3d printing space as a company that was known as just another random alphabet brand for cables and power adapters on Amazon only a few years ago.
I also don't understand why they were apologizing for collecting footage of their customers' families. In my opinion it's all a part of the amazing customer support. I think it's comforting knowing that someone is watching you as you get out of the shower in case you slip and fall.
The fact that the M5 comes with a network connected built-in camera was actually the main selling point for me. As you sit there watching your Benchy being printed you're sharing this experience with someone who is thousands of miles away, which is pretty incredible if you think about it.
