There's something to be said for a simple device that just does what it says. Especially when I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the car.
Having a bluetooth connected dongle could be nice if you want to see engine stats in real-time. Which is neat, but I don't really need.

This doesn't have iOS support? Are most of the features functional without a phone?
Has a small USB port on the reader but I've never seen/found any updates available.
With that said, the more seats it can slide underneath, the more often mine tends to be missing whenever I need it, so ...
Can't stand the BT connection issues with the wireless ones.
