My Sennheiser headphones that I purchased in 1975 just stopped working 2-3 years ago. I am not saying these will last that long…but I would bet that 95% of them will still sound great long after your $200-400 bluetooth headphones, which are only rechargeable a finite number of times stop working. It is up to the buyer whether they are worth the difference in price.
not to mention, in 10-15 years……one may be on the second or third bluetooth headset…….and the person who buys these, will likely still be using them….or if they so choose, can sell them on ebay for a significant percentage of the original price.

I think these HD800S headphones were on sale many places a couple weeks ago for something in the $1300-1349 range. (at the same time Adorama had them for $1149.). This is a pretty good price for these headphones.
