I placed an order in June and they haven't shipped my order yet. I called them and they told me they couldn't find my order but couldn't give me an answer on if they can refund my money (?). I'm putting a stop payment and never dealing with this business again.

The Ace Magic one has 2x ethernet if you want to use it as a pfsense router or similar. On the other hand, the beelink I think has upgradable RAM.

It looks that way. I got the Ace T8 Plus when it was on sale and I think the core hardware is basically the same but with a few differences. In mine the storage is M.2 SSD only (not NVMe), the RAM is soldered and there's no space for a 2nd 2.5" SSD. However it does have DDR5 instead of the DDR4 in the AD03 and Beelink. I think the latter 2 are very similarly spec'ed.

The AD03 has a single ram slot and it can be upgraded.

J4125 is a Gemini Lake Refresh chip, a minor clock bump over the J4105 which is a 5+ year old processor. There's Jasper Lake in between that generation and Alder Lake-N (N95). So yeah, of course it's better.
