I don't think this item can actually be returned (its too large), but it looks like you might have 90 days to refund it as my order says "Return eligible until Oct 23".

I got the Frigidaire 10.3 Cu. ft version [walmart.com] during their Walmart+ Deal week and it arrived totally screwed up. The box was torn up, and there is only 1 side (right side) that was not dented up. It was shipped via FedEx, but delivered by a 3rd party company with a box truck and a lift gate. They refused to bring it into my garage and told me for liability reasons, they could only deliver it to the front door or garage door. When I saw all the damage to the box, and noticed the front was dented through the hole in the box, they told me they couldnt take it with them and that I would have to call Walmart. One of the guys did show me pictures on his phone that they received the freezer already damaged when they loaded it into their truck from FedEx. (Good idea delivery guy)
Walmart at first wanted me to pack it back up and take it to a FedEx drop off location. Luckily after my first response to them, I think that was in error and they told me I could return it to my local Walmart store. I feel sorry for anyone that does not have a pickup truck or trailer and nice neighbors to help you load it up and return it to the store. Also a plus to this story, the store I went to had me pull around the back of the store, backup to one of their loading docks, and a couple employees (stockmen) unloaded it out of my truck for me.
Also as a previous frost free freezer owner, I will stick with the frost type. Frost free will freezer burn your food faster, uses more electricity, and has the occasional ice buildup in the evaporator (which will require you to manually defrost anyways). I've gotten used to slowing down grocery shopping, putting everything remaining into the kitchen's freezer, unplugging and letting it all drain into the garage drain. And I only had to do that once every 2 years. Maybe a little less.

From 1000+ reviews of this model from Walmart website, 172 mention dents. Another 16 mention scratches. Odds are plenty of others arrived damaged.

One set as a refrigerator, one as a freezer. 34 cu ft of more useful (for me) storage for the price of a regular fridge.
