Want to know how I know there are no returns? I bought a 1.5k espresso machine that never showed up. Complained for a month they said it was on the way and kept telling me to wait. After 30 days I demanded a refund and they refused and said no returns. I was like are you serious I never got it. They said wait two more weeks, then it still never arrived: however, the label said created but not dropped off at ups. They finally refunded me, at this point, but if they said no i was doing a fraud charge back. This was also after Amazon owned them.

After seeing a few of these woot mattress deals pop up recently, I have to agree with you on shopping elsewhere for this type of thing. There was another Woot mattress deal posted recently that ended up being filled with comments from people who ordered the mattress and had to request a refund because it never expanded properly. However, to Woot's credit, I believe most or all of them got a refund and didn't have to send the mattress back. I consider Woot to be a "swim (buy) at your own risk" option. Currently, I only buy super cheap things from Woot, like charging cables, so I'm not out much if things go south with the shipping or product itself.

Do they (Amazon or woot) then ban you from buying anything if you do a charge back?
Problem with Zinus is consistency. Bought one and love it! Better thank 3k$ mattress, truly. Got another 6 months later, and it was pretty bad, and 4 inches shorter! Same exact model.
At the price though... Suppose can't complain but if I was guaranteed the same Mattress as my 1st, I'd pay double. Now I know how reviews can be so different for the same model... hard enough with something as individual tastes for a bed, throw inconsistency of manufacturing and it just adds to the "most annoying purchase" one has to make every now and then. Thankfully, we don't go through beds like we do underwear and don't need to endure mattress shopping every month.
