One query though: I have Galaxy S23 Ultra - 512 GB which I got from Google few months back. Is that the good deal to trade in a S23U for Fold 5 (512 GB) for additional $600+?

The S21, S22, S23 series are far more durable than these folding/flipping ones.
Also use a CC with CB as the PP payment method..

Fold5 and watch 6 classic come out to around $977 with trade in. So around $900 with CB
I got the Fold 4, Bud2, Watch5 pro with Flip 3 trade in for only $905 last release.
