If it states In Process in your Samsung account online it's being shipped and cannot be cancelled.
If no longer wanted, must refuse delivery or if delivered get a shipping label to return it.
OR
As soon as you see online and/or you get the shipping email/text that the order has been shipped, CALL, not chat, the Samsung CS at 855-726-8721 so that they can CALL Fedex to have the order re-routed and returned to Samsung before it's delivered
