All you have to do is 1. make sure the tracking# shows it was delivered. 2. (never had to go this far) Have proof the phone you sent in was working.

I am doing some research and would love to hear back about specific use cases that you are using fold and pen for.
My specific cases are:
- i do some language and programming courses while waiting for kids during swimming/karate/doctor. Now i can drop the tablet (s8) and just use the fold for studying. Much better than using a slab phone and can skimp on a backpack as i dont need the tablet.
- during the courses i open a small notes window, where i make notes from the courses while streaming the videos.
this has been a life saver when it comes to saving space and my ability to be productive while on the go whitout the need to cary a backpack
