I highly recommend the grip case. I had it on my Fold4 and plan to re-use it with my Fold5.
You can open the phone and slide your hand into the grip thing and open-palm the phone and watch stuff.
The grip strap case is underrated, being able to slide your hand under the grip gives absolute confidence you're not going to drop it. It's also a soft silicone so it makes the phone not slippery to hold.
edit: I'll say the top 2 microphone spots are fine, the bottom one is a smidge off and needs to be widened a bit toward the USB-C port (small drill bit). Then the back camera flash needs a hole. Otherwise Fold4 cases work fine on a Fold5.
