I understand these are newer though, and someone has to pay the upcharge for new technology.
Worse igpu
Better cpu, but same amount of cores, I would imagine you could get close by overclocking the 7840hs
4060 doesn't scale past 115w, so power limits higher than that doesn't matter.

The 7840HS would technically be the better buy as it's on newer 4nm fab, and is 200mhz faster base speed, and boosts just as high. If this model is TDP adjustable, it'll be a big winner over the 7740hx,
