Mine got delivered for the $569 price minus the rebate it will be $469. Also found the stand with $20 Microsoft cashback so that came out to $129. Also I see the pedals for $20 cashback as well so that is $109. Total = $469+$129+$109 = $707 +tax. Not bad at all .. still need a bench but still pretty good.

I ended up deciding to get this piano... Going to build my own stand out of solid wood for say less than the Roland stand. Thanks OP!

I purchased this item and it just came arrived. I believe they scammed me. I purchased a new item and it did not come in the original box, but a box with 3 boxes taped together. I believed they switched the product on me to a used open box item. Now that I don't have the original box, I am not able to provide required info for the 100 dollar mail in rebate. Calling the support team, they said they will look for the box as a solution. I am still trying to return the item. I do not trust this company.

That's odd I got a brand new one in new box. They should give you a 1 year warranty and $100 refund for keeping it.

I will keep you posted on when they respond, but I am very disappointed. I wish I can post a pic of the package they put it in, it is 3 boxes taped together, kind of looks like a centipede. I hope their customer service makes it right.

Guitar center did similar. They sent me one with the upc codes scribbled over with black permanent marker. I returned it.
