I've been using one of these for a few years and it's worked great. Really like that it takes AA batteries and works with my Eneloop rechargable batteries. One thing I wish it did was go to sleep after no activity for some time. I often keep forgetting to turn it off with the slider, which means I have to recharge the batteries more frequently.

This is a great product for an HTPC. It's a bit distance limited if you have a bunch of other cross noise from other devices in the room, but it totally gets the job done, and better than any other product out there for a media pc.

If you are looking for just a wireless keyboard for your office/work/etc computer, I would pass. For extended typing, it's not a great option. The keys are mushy and ergonomics aren't great. But for an HTPC or couch gaming setup, this thing is a must.
