I was looking for a decent inexpensive multimeter that was capable of measuring inrush current as well as capacitance, and this seemed like a good deal on a decent meter. Might be a price mistake with the two 20% coupons on top of each other.

    Not that I am aware of. But I'm not a electrician. Inrush is basically when you start some motor (e.g. HVAC or anything else) where it's going to draw lots of amps for a brief moment (probably sub-second) in order to get it running. So to measure inrush current it'd have to sample amps quickly for a certain amount of time and then essentially display you the biggest measurement. But again, I'm not an electrician, so please anyone correct me if I'm wrong.
