Starbucks offers used to run like clockwork for me, but three of the last four offers I've received ended up requiring contact with customer service. The uptick in these glitches seems to have coincided with the downgrade of their redemption rate.

Definitely contact CS. And again, I didn't have the email/etc - just added $15 via Venmo, which was also added as a new pay source at the time.
Did not work automatically. I'll attempt to chat with the agent and see if I can get it done manually.
