Find a decent color laser printer (buy once, cry once) if you want to print color. I have the Dell C1660 and only use it a few times a year. Toner is stupid cheap as well.
For photo printing just use an online service and have them mailed to you.

It's still going strong.
The printer isn't perfect (the UI isn't so great), but it prints properly every time. It's the best printer we've ever owned, and the only one that's survived more than a few years.

Also, my Chase CCs have a 5% Cashback (limit $100 back) but not sure if it applies, because the thumbnail for the promo mentions Intel processors. But the description just says "all Dell purchases."

So I guess if you don't fall within this range, don't buy. I only print 500 pages a year.
