Thank You via Citi [thankyou.com]is offering 10% Off Select eGift Cards valid for Citi Cardholders as listed below (redeem via Citi ThankYou Points).
ThankYou points are FREE. You get them for using your Citibank credit cards for EVERYDAY purchases. You are NOT paying separately for ThankYou points.
Using FREE points to redeem for gift cards makes the gift cards FREE AND with this deal, are using 10% fewer FREE points to get the gift cards.
Example:
if you 18,000 FREE Thankyou points:
In general, you will only be able to but 1x$100 Apple GC (1x10000 Thankyou Points). And may be 2-3 less denomination cards.

I guess in fact everything you buy is completely free because you're not "paying separately" for it.
