Note there's also separately "open box" items (currently 3090, 3080ti, 3070ti, 1660ti, 1660, 1650):

My 2080 Super is still running games smoothly at 60-120fps at 5120x1440. Could make sense for someone budget conscious or maybe trying to replace a failed component.
For something in that performance bracket, look into the rx5700 xt. They can be had for even less than this, and perform similarly or faster.

I see this in stock, what's the difference? The model seems to be slightly different - https://www.zotacstore.com/us/zt-t20700a-10p-r

I actually reconsidered against the 2070 after second thought. After using TechPowerUp's website to cross-reference the 2070's performance level, I come to the realization that it's not as powerful as I presumed it be compared to something like a 6700 XT for its price.

My son is currently using my old R9 290x, time to upgrade. He mostly plays Fortnite and TF2. Wants to play Halo Infinite. Only has a 1080P monitor. What would be the best budget GPU for him? Live near a Microcenter and willing to buy from FB marketplace, just looking for advice. Thanks
Everything under $110 is in the same performance range as that card: https://www.tomshardware.com/revi...388-2.html

So you may as well spend $160 for the RTX 2070 or 5700 XT (ebay).

Thanks for reminding me that my graphics card is 10 years old.

These prices are ridiculous. The Nvidia brianwashing is tremendously strong. People see team green and it's automatically a 'deal".

$158 2060 Super?
$160 2070?
$250 2080 Super?

$175 6600XT solves all of your problems. Or a brand new 6600XT/6650XT goes for $210-$230. Heck, even the new 7600 for around $250. AMD is also offering a free copy of Starfield with a purchase of RX 6000/7000 and Ryzen 7000 series.

If you live by a microcenter, there's a brand new ASUS 6600XT for $190. And then you might as well pick up the $300 5600X3D bundle while you're there.

Trying to decide between one of these or an open box RX 6600 from Micro Center for $142 (w new member coupon) and free Starfield download. Need to upgrade an RX 570.

That's an easy choice: RX 6600 w/the free copy or a brand new 6600XT for $190.

The budget deal on used graphics cards is the GTX 1080 Ti. It's about as fast as a RX 6700 XT and can be had for ~$170 on eBay. Here's an example [ebay.com].

Why pay $250 for an RTX 2080 Super when the GTX 1080 Ti is about as fast and costs less? You also get more memory with the GTX 1080 Ti, which helps at higher resolutions.

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-s...0-xt.c3695

1080 ti is on par with the 6600XT and 17% slower than the 6700XT. But I agree, better to with eBay.

I agree with the RX 6600 or XT pricing. I disagree with 1080Ti suggestions because it's crazy old. You can at least do ray tracing with the 2000 series. Of course, I got the 2080 Ti for $247 nine months ago from Zotac. I wait for prices to get like that to pull the trigger.

No rx5700 is the answer at that price. But be prepared to under volt.

The 3060 ti open box I got looks good, just one small nick but don't see any dust so I assumed its a new shelf unit. But I am having an issue it heats up to 80C-90C under any moderate load and sounds like a jet. I contacted them is it easy to return?

Got my card. They ship in an antistatic bag with packing peanuts, no manual or connectors or anything else.

RTX 2070 barely fit in my case, don't love where the location of the PCIE connector is.

Anyone else need to return theirs? The service I'm getting is terrible they said I am responsible for return shipping and subject to a 15% restocking fee. That's absurd when they sold me a defective card and it's a used card that came in a brown box how could there be a restocking fee for that.

DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ZOTAC STORE
