I don't know why you cant have the LG gram screen with AMD processor.
Somehow you have to get a worse screen with worse resolution if you want AMD processor.

It's like LG signed a contract that they can only use Intel or their Gram laptops, and that Ultra's AMD-powered gotta have the worst screens ever.

A pact with the devil

LG accepted and hopes their hot and expensive machine can be sold when negotiating under the table with Intel.

There were some earlier 14-inch "Ultra' models that weighed the same as the Intel "Gram" models. This one though at 3.6 lbs isn't super lightweight for a 16-inch, and they probably didn't use the more expensive materials (magnesium being one) that allows them to achieve the low weights on the Gram laptops.

Ryzen 7 7730U
-- ZEN3---^
avoid newer laptops with the XX3X or XX2X or XX1X, ryzen are being weird this gen and rebranding OLD zen1/2/3 processors, only go for XX4X for latest Zen4 CPU
