The max speed is pretty sad for that price. Mine goes up to 32mph and it was around this piece range

So I bought it off someone and I think it must have been hacked for the speed because even on their website I can't even find one that goes that fast lol

I just went on their website and none of their Max scooters are rated higher than 22 mph. If in fact you have a hiboy max, your settings might be displaying kilometers per hour, which 32 kph is equivalent to about 20mph which is about what they're rated for.

plus I haven't seen any scooter on the market go 32 mph for $600. you're talking about a $1,500+ scooter specs .

What model do you have? I bought mine during the pandemic, it pretty useful for errands. Speed tops around 20mph

That's the weird thing. It says Mph on the display when using it so it's not kph. Is there a way to "hack" them for faster speeds? Only thing I can think of why it's so fast

For those living in a hilly area, you should avoid this and get one with dual motors for the long term.

KQi3 Pro at this price is a good deal. I got mines at $599 and it's my favorite scooter (also own the Segway G30). It's heavy but well built and has fast acceleration.

Have you checked it against say a GPS watch or Strava (or other fitness app) while riding it to see if it is really going 32 mph?

Why does it say 40/31 miles? Only Amazon's site claims 40 miles while NIU and Best Buy write 31 miles. I gotta think NIU knows their product best. So 31 miles.

Niu claims that the KQi3 Pro can handle 20 degree inclines, but doesn't list torque anywhere. It's motor is 350W. Unagi has a dual motor for a combined 500w is rated for 15 degree inclines. 26 newton meters of torque.
