Usually up until a day or so before. Once they start preparing it which it doesn't always say they are it's harder to get it canceled

Anyway I was able to order the 2tb from Walmart the other day with the short lived 20% code and it actually shipped today so I got a 2tb coming for $52 plus tax

Solidigm does. They took over the Intel NAND chip factories and are continuing operations the same as Intel did. If it's an Optane chip, it's still made by Intel.
