    I've been using the CalDigit Thunderbolt 4 Element Hub for well over a year now. Actually, I just handed it down to my employee, who is using it. My understanding is that TB4 hubs work with TB 3 computers. Mine certainly does. Meanwhile, if I want the dock life, I'd just get an older, cheaper TB3 hub for 60 bucks or so when they come on sale or are used. My bud is happy with his monoprice, and I'm happy with my Amazon Basics, which I use two of.

    What I'm not sure of is if TB4 AMD computers work with TB3 hubs.​
