I bought the Graco SimpleSway Swing last week, and it is still in the box. I am due in less than 3 weeks, and I am procrastinating setting everything up.
I've ordered 7 items from them recently, all listed as NEW item. Only 1 of them were new, 3 of them were openbox with plastic wraps ripped and just put back in the box without the item inside the wrap, and the rest of them were all used. Those 3 used items were all used and beaten up badly. Dirts and gross stuff on all over the car seat and poops and a piece of corn on bassinet.
When I contacted the customer service they were quick to respond and told me to just return them for full refunds. Still, don't trust their item condition in the listings. It's just random.

If you're a new parent and eyeing these up, I'd say try one of those cheap vibrating wire bouncers first.
With our first, we got fancy swings, and rockers that cost hundreds. We quickly figured out that our daughter preferred the cheap hand-me-down wire bouncer, and would fall asleep much quicker in it. My son was the same way.
I've talked to several friends who all have had the same experience. Give the tried and true cheapie a shot!

Don't procrastinate... mine came early and unexpected. Get ready now or you may regret it.
It's awful. I ordered a new product and they sent me a used and broken version. They didn't respond when I asked for a refund. Finally when I threatened to put through a fraud claim, they responded with a ups label. I mailed it in and heard nothing. Finally I had to again ask for my money back. Supposedly it is processing! We will see!

Reviews for this site don't look too good. I would stay clear.
I ordered a A new Stanley Flowstate 40oz tumbler, from them, with no issues. It came within 5 days.
