I'm constantly amazed by the random crap that OXO makes
Kept this in the back of our minivan just in case and it absolutely paid for itself near the end of a long road trip (during which we otherwise took plenty of pit stops along the way) when the youngest whispered potty while along the last undeveloped section of the highway heading toward home. That was a couple of years into owning it, but for really young kids with whom you're trying to reinforce potty training I know can't recommend this enough if only as an emergency preparation.
Good luck!
Jon
For new parents out there, its money well spent. You will probably use it until your kid is 3. It even comes in handy for the second kid. When the first one is at a soccer meet and the younger one has to go, you pop it open and have at it.
A MUST HAVE!

Must have for little ones. We also keep it stashed in the car for long and short trips (we hear "my tummy hurts" which could mean anything but they need to potty now!). The generic liners work well with this - no issues. Turns any small space in the car a bathroom for them (even the back seat floor of a sedan)

I've needed this for my 4 year old twice in the last week...
