Noob here. Any way to sell the Starfield code if you're not interested in that game? My guess is no...

Mostly likely not *

AMD usually requires you to download and install an app that checks to see if you have an AMD product installed that qualifies.

So technically you could sell it to someone who has one of the required CPU/GPUs.

Its dropped to this price a few times, and tbh its overkill for most GPUs.

But that doesn't make it a bad deal. This thing is a monster for sim games and such: https://github.com/xxEzri/Vermeer...n/Guide.md

Yeah, but you usually need to have said product e.g. a 7000 series amd cpu, since all they do is give you a product code to enter on the AMD rewards site to get your game code.

Other than that if the person never made an account it would be possible to log in for them pass the checks to activate the game, and then give let the other party take it back over as it won't check the cpu after. But this i would only do if you knew the person.

Also dont be an idiot and sit on the code too long, as there is a date that you need to redeem it by. Ask how I know? I'm one of those idiots and didnt get my free JEDI Survivor game because I took like a month before I built my new system

Yes. Once you have the new hardware installed create an account on the site (amd rewards?) and download the hardware verification program. When you run that you'll get a download code. I did this with a 6950 XT and Star Wars. Gave me a code that could be redeemed via EA which I sold to a friend

No. This is a Steam game, not EA. Pretty sure you need to link your Steam account to your AMD Rewards account. They don't just give you a Steam code anyone can redeem.

Did your friend also have a 7000 series CPU? or once the hardware verification is complete its a code redeemable by anyone?
