Roughly half of those negative reviews were people not reading the description complaining about accessories not being included or shipping issues. But the other half were people with legit issues of broken parts, DOA, dirty, etc...
I don't think its much to be concerned about . If you figure only 25% of people leave feedback when they have a positive experience and almost 100% leave it when they have bad experience it really doesnt scale out to be that bad for a "refurbished" product.
I also wonder how many of these are costco returns for people who got them for a hurricane, never used it, then returned them or people who only needed it for a day then returned it.
I remember seeing people returning these to costco after a hurricane scare a year or 2 ago and i asked if they would sell me one for a discount lol. I was told they send them right back to the manufacturer.

Just sharing the deal so people are aware it's out there. I purchased this one and don't care other than to spread the word & deal.

Anyone know what output is needed?
I know I have a universal 12v charger around here with multiple tips. While searching I stumbled across a handful of 12v plugs. The one from my old modem fits the port. It is 12v at 750mA. Plugged it in and see nothing. So I don't know if it is doing something go or not. Wanted to ask before I continue my search or purchase a battery charger.
Did u ever find a charger? I bought an aftermarket one off Amazon, plugged it in and nothing. Measured with a kill-a-watt and it's not pulling any electricity..
Never got an answer here. I don't know if something is supposed to light up etc when it is plugged in.
To a point I am also not worried. The recoil start is easy and it charges itself if it is running. Also tempted to see how long I can go without charging it and seeing if it will electric start over time.
