I had one of the flex sip lid. I don't recommend it. too many parts to clean.

What do you mean? The lid disassembles into only 2 parts, super easy to clean. Am I missing something?

The top, the silicon orange thingy, the screw bottom, the middle base. Good news is that it's top rack washable. But the directions clearly states that it comes in 4 pieces.

there is a rubber gasket. and thumb screw piece inside. 4 parts total for the lid assembly . top lid, rubber gasket, bottom lid and thumb screw.
