I got this grill last year for double the price at Target. I think it's awful, and wouldn't buy another. The grates have tiny slits that clog easily. If these get blocked the grill won't heat up. The grates also have tiny tubes on the underside and encourages blocking airflow with grease, insects and debris. If I'm not cleaning the grates on my grill before every use, it heats up to about 250F max. Also, the oil/grease pan leaks straight through the fasteners that hold the catching cup and it just covers the whole thing in grease.
Maybe I just got an extremely defective one but it's SUCH a headache I don't even use it any more.
Great find if that floor model is, by some miracle, in good condition and complete
Hopefully if it's together, it was built by someone who can read directions. I can't tell you how many I've seen at basically every store that sells grills that aren't put together right.

Sounds like this might be similar to the "Infrared" grills they marketed about 10 yrs. ago? If so I absolutely hated it. Used it a couple times and then sold it for $20.
It was like cooking on a griddle. I get it, you don't have flare-ups but the grate was a mess. If there's no flame, are you really BBQing?
Nevermind, I see it is actually called a TRU Infrared. So yeah, some people might like grilling like this but not me.
I bought this grill ~2 years ago in a similar slickdeal post at this exact same price. Even though it is a basic grill, it cooks great. Additionally, it can stand outside weather like a champ! - I live in UT, and it has gone through extreme heat in the summer, a few heavy rainy days, and snow, LOTS of snow. No rust at all.
Can't recommend it enough for your basic grilling needs!

Edit: they have it! 72$ in the back of the store along with super marked down outdoor stuff. Great find!

Others... resell them taking a chance to sell them at a higher price than bought.
