Lol this is literally the opposite of reality. Unless you're a trim carpenter all you'll be doing on a miter saw is rough chopping to length. The table saw can do, with far more precision, the work of at least 8 different tools.

How does this compare to the Dewalt DWS780?

Edit: For those who care, apparently this saw doesn't come with a shadow light or laser.

From what I understand the Lowe's app and website were showing the deal prices originally at stores that had them, but it is no longer working. The price was incorrect on the app while I was in store buying mine and I got the discounted price

Any zip codes showing stock on Lowes site at $349? Trying to see if previous hack still works.

I have this beast. It's pretty heavy, and the dust port isn't much good if you don't have an attached collector, but its overall functionality is better than a standard style of SCMS. I still prefer my classic DeWalt radial arm saw for finer projects that require minute tolerances, since it's more accurate than any SCMS I've ever used, but this saw is close enough for almost anything. It slices through 4X stock without breaking a sweat. I built a bunch of garden beds with 4x4s and 2x8s, and it was great not having to cut and flip.

Got one of these at my local Lowe's in Central Texas! FWIW, my store had several table saws and miter saws on clearance.
Did brickseek show stock?

Don't believe brickseek or the Lowe's site/app. Neither one is correct. Call or go to your local store. Ha e them check their system to see who has it in stock locally. Price and availability are BOTH wrong on Lowe's and Brickseek
This! My app showed out of stock (and regular price) - took a chance and went to Lowe's and it was 324.50. Table saw was also 324.50.

Called a few of my stores around me and they are showing in stock but they said it's $649 as did the website. Going to head to one of the stores I called to see if it's for sale in the store and I will post and update.

Man, same thing happened with my Delta table saw. Thought I got a great deal buying it at the lowest I've seen, and then like 6 months later Lowe's has some weird unadvertised out-of-nowhere discount where it's $150 even cheaper than that.

What was the price listed at in the store? My local store says $649, but wondering if it will end up ringing up cheaper. Was it marked on clearance?

Why does it say $22 in the title of the thread?
