Lol this is literally the opposite of reality. Unless you're a trim carpenter all you'll be doing on a miter saw is rough chopping to length. The table saw can do, with far more precision, the work of at least 8 different tools.

How does this compare to the Dewalt DWS780?

Edit: For those who care, apparently this saw doesn't come with a shadow light or laser.

From what I understand the Lowe's app and website were showing the deal prices originally at stores that had them, but it is no longer working. The price was incorrect on the app while I was in store buying mine and I got the discounted price

How do you get the discounted price at the store? I think Lowes uses stickers instead of a label in a pouch used at HD where you can just scan it at a self-checkout

This is available at my local lowe's… I've read that it can have precision issues unlike other brands (wobbly blade or something)- can anybody speak to this? I wouldn't have thought twice about buying otherwise Frown

I caved and went to look for it when picking up a recent online order during lunch, my closest store didn't have any in stock but some nearby stores may. Their device showed it for $494, may go by after work and see for myself.
