LG Electronics via LG Partner Store [lg.com] has 48" LG Objet Collection Posé OLED Freestanding Lifestyle TV (48LX1QPUA) on sale for $899.99 when you sign-up/login as a qualifying LG Member (eligibility based on your employer's benefits / perks program. Enter your work email address on the sign-up page [lg.com] to check if your company participates / qualifies). Shipping is free.

Note: Availability may vary by location.

With a retail pricing of $1800 on LG's website, and selling for $1600 at most retailers, this seems to be a great price. Amazon also has 2 in stock for $1485 (lowest price found for a reputable retailer outside of LG).

This is a lifestyle TV designed to blend in with your home, with freestanding legs, hidden cable management, cloth styling, etc. Based on the LG C2 OLED w/ evo panel technology, however compared to the C2, it has only 3 HDMI 2.1 ports.

Pffft, what do you think this is, a website for posting links to things you can buy??? Take it somewhere else, pal.
$900 48" TV with toothpick stand, am I missing the deal here?
Also, looks like this can't be wall mounted?
I think they are referring to gallery style tv stands.

If you have dogs, kids or gatherings with rowdy friends I'd definitely pass on this. It does look different and interesting though.

Kinda feel like everyone is missing that you can remove the stand and put it on whatever VESA mount you want.
Then you basically have a 48" LG C2-C3 which means great OLED at 120hz.

Ooooo, Miami. You're so avant-garde
This clearly a "vade retro" type of deal. Not sure how a Miamian can call this art deco - which is also irrelevant, since Lionel Messi deserves a bigger TV anyways.
Throwing a Bauhaus just because I'm of german descent, although the TV is South Korean.

So if there are so many out there, and they're so easy to find, why aren't you posting any links?

It's not his/her job to post links. Go find them yourself. The point of the comment was to let people know there are other stands.

I have this TV. Great performance and picture. I was able to put all of the Rokus, etc on the built in rear "bookshelf" Really classy looking in person. Sound is pretty good without sound bar, too

Is there a list of companies eligible? I'm trying desperately to find a friend who has access 😂

I have a house with giant window walls. Not only do those window walls mean you can't hang a TV on them, they cause nasty reflections if you mount to the opposite wall (and your sofa ends up facing away from the windows). Freestanding TV's are the best solution for rooms like that (and I have 4 of them).

There is something called mid-century modern or industrial modern. Either way modern does not mean current…. Neither is contemporary… keep going down this rabbit hole Smilie
