90 days from purchase date. Scroll down to the Terms & Conditions tab. Yeah, who reads that, right?

I want to switch from Verizon to mvno preferably Verizon or at&t because I have good coverage. But the customer service reports have kept me away. People claim once RP gets your $$$ they won't help you. I was looking at visible because I can also add my watch for $5/mo. But these rp deals are so tempting. $10/mo with 5gb. So is it worth the gamble. How frustrating will it be?
Deprioritized Verizon is terrible. I would suggest mobileX, USMobile (priority on 5g only), or Visible+ (not the base plan which is deprioritized) if you want to stick with Verizon.
It used to be that for plans like this, if you sent a lot of text messages - even group messages - they'd end up cancelling your plan for excessive use. Is that still a concern here? It was mostly for group messages that I saw people mention this happen for...
I just got off red pocket after 4 years (found a better deal on a grandfathered 6 phone family plan w/ Verizon). Can't say enough for their service and coverage. Served me well and made the port out process easy.
Highly recommend them. Only time you might save a little more is on Black Friday, otherwise this is a great deal!
Is this 5G speed or best available? The post says 4G but eBay description sounds like 5g.
A: 5G,if your phone supports it or best available.
After 360 days, do I have to buy another 360-day plan to extend the service or does it get auto renewed to the same plan for the same price? Just worried the phone number and all would be gone if I don't renew in time.
A: It can be set to auto renew at prevailing price.
Can I stack up two 360-day plans (order 1 with SIM and 1 for renewal) so I don't have to keep renewing?
A: No, have to activate in 90 days
Do I have to activate the SIM within a certain number of days?
A: 90 days
Thank you very much.
Regarding the stack up two 360-day plans, I was thinking that I would get one 360-day plan with the sim, activate it, then immediately use the second 360-day renewal plan to extend the service. I would end up with 720 days of service, and I wouldn't have to renew service annually.
Would that work? Would it be a smarter move to check annually because better deal would pop up annually (saw a few comments and it seems the deal gets better)?
--> NVM. It overwrites the existing plan. So, I can't stack up like other subscription services.

FYI the renewal should be entered the day your old plan expires, because the renewal will start the day you enter the renewal code, so if you enter the code earlier, you will lose your existing remaining plan.

You can extend your existing line without loosing the balance IF the new plan is EXACTLY the same as the existing plan. I did it before and just confirmed it on chat support.
As stated in many replies above the words LOSE, EXPIRE , TERMINATE …EXPIRE
Be sure to activate service IMMEDIATELY when received otherwise plans pins etc , mysteriously become void ,and most certainly no way to contact anyone in their offshore "help" center, just more free $ for them !!

I have a different RP plan, so I can't agree or disagree, but from what I understand about 2g speeds I can't help but wonder if those people suggesting a hard cap are really receiving data at 2g but not recognizing it due to the latency vs. what they are accustomed to at more modern speeds. Perhaps the network carrier chosen comes into play as well. Other Red Pocket posts citing various shortcomings seem to be more pronounced with users on the Verizon network (I am on AT&T).
Need someone to test send a simple whatsapp/wechate/messgenger rather than trying to use any modern browser.
From what I have read, it's a hard cap - folks are not getting data at all even at 2g speed
I've had the 200mb/mo plan on t-mobile for 6 months and it's a hard cap. Besides this, my #1 issue is that data stops working sporadically at least once a month. Talk and text work fine when this happens. Support is useless as expected for the money. Reboots, pop the sim out and it will work again. Also, have no success with data roaming on non-t-mobile networks.

I switched service because of this. In my case I'd lose service all together (inc calls and text). Seemed to coincide with the renewal date every month. On Tello paygo for the time being.

I'm not seeing anywhere that us mobile has Verizon

Folks interested in T-Mobile-based service can get 6GBs/mo @ $7.50/mo, for 6-months ($45 total), here: https://slickdeals.net/f/16809242
