Picked up one for $70 + tax in san leandro, ca last night. Looked like there were a few left. No on sale price label, but the ladder did say MT-22IAAXTHD (make sure, there's another ladder labeled 22IAAL that's not on sale)
San Leandro are gone. Even though it shows 3 in stock

There are none showing downtown or west side suburbs of Chicago. I did see a clearance sign for the 16' 250 pound extension ladder as well for $60.02, item number 0000-739-875

Found the last 4 in Avon MA - they were high up on a pallet. When staff pulled them down first 2 were damaged - 3rd was a winner - left last one up top. Hope it works for someone to find

I've had the 17' version of this for over 15 years and it continues to work well. The 22' version would be nice, but BS shows no stock in Raleigh/Durham.

I know some people love these. But for me they are a heavy pain in the butt. I want a lightweight ladder that is ready to go. Just like I want a lightweight cordless tool. This is the opposite of that.

Wow, what an incredible deal! Thank you OP and thank you to all that posted updates and encouragements!

I snagged two at my local HD.

Super, super happy indeed!

BTW, how do these compare to the Gorilla and Lil Giant versions?
