    I just got this. For the second time. First time I didn't get the cape. Second time was complete. The cape is small and Velcro. It is about as long as the harness which is dumb.

    But the harness is pretty decent and Halloween is coming up and now my dog is Darth Vader so yeah awesome.

    I received this earlier this week, and it's terrible. Size runs way, and I mean way small. I ordered, a large based on reviews saying it runs small. Well, even a large still didn't fit. The cape is tiny. Very disappointed It's being returned.

    Ordered the large for my 50lb Brittany. It arrived without a cape, and Amazon refunded without a return. Doesn't fit my Jedi though.
