    NovaMin also known as calcium sodium phosphosilicate. Sensodyne Enamel Repair sold outside of the US still contain this active ingredient.

    Fluoride does repair enamel naturally. Basically every other toothpaste. they used to have something else in the ingredient that actually made a difference but have since remove the ingredient.
