When I chatted with customer service she didn't say anything about 15$ discount . Could be for new customers who are getting new internet and mobile service . I had cox for 15-20 years

It's for people not on internet promotional price, open incognito mode on on Cox IP Address (maybe Mobile Data) and look for new Cox customer prices in your area, I am attaching couple of photos cause links don't work

There was actually a green banner on top when I placed the first order (I ordered twice). And all the rest is automatic. You'll see the savings applied under the "Promotions" section with the 500 gift card on the order confirmation on website.
