Me too, ordered a pro when ordering it said the available date was the 22nd, but I'm assuming due to the 24hour processing step now it says I'm not getting it until October 20th. Does anyone know if there's a way for us to call CSR to change the color model to one that we can get ASAP? I would rather pay more for the Black Max or something if it meant I can get get it earlier

Did the same and switched my iPhone order to Black but it's quite annoying how there's another 24hour processing before the order goes through since who knows if that color will get backordered too by the time they're finished with the processing.

I tried submitting the rebate twice and both went through lol. Same info - name, address, phone, email, account number. Might have to call them to cancel the duplicate submission.

That's crazy. I couldn't even make it to the screen to put in my address and other info because when I filled out the first screen with offer ID last name and account number it told me I already submitted.

Ordered Saturday morning, put in 3 orders but the 3rd went through weird and was "Under Review" said I needed to call in. Talked to rep and the first 2 orders showed "bring own phone" on the rep's side (despite my order confirmation clearly showing the phones), but they then were somehow able to see the orders. They said their system wouldn't let them add the 3rd at that time but that it would be held til after the first 2 or something, but they also initially implied there was actually a limit of 2 (and I said that's fine they could cancel the 3rd). My account is showing the first 2 orders and says they'll be delivered by the 22nd but haven't received any shipping info yet (and haven't been charged yet either which should happen when they're shipped), so I'm doubtful, but will update.

Gonna guess I'll have some hassle. Probably will be delayed but hopefully not too long. I'm more concerned about the 3rd, that somehow the order will be placed after activating the first 2, and so it won't get the rebate but I'll have a time explaining things to Cox (and trying to get the 3rd line cancelled). Actually my biggest concern is that they will either deny the rebate and/or unlock them after the requisite number of days. But there's a Cox store I've gone to before that has been able to sort some other weird issues before so hopefully they can handle it if anything goes awry.

Hi.. confused about your below statement... why would they not give the rebate if orders are made separately? Just curious.

Just ordered a 15 via phone rep. Where do i see the status of my phone being shipped etc.. also link for rebate pls - much appreciated.

P.S: Requested for $10 activation to be waived - honored. Asked rep to price match cost of phone to $799 compare with Tmob/Verizon - He said they cant.

Log into your account and on your main account page scroll down and you should see an order received section with the order information.

I'm going to try and call in and see if I can get the activation waived after the phones ship.
