Mine has a dark mahogany finish on the back- it looks like they switched to a natural finish. Really digging that look. With the period correct case and the leather strap, that's a hell of a price!

What do you think about the pickups? I have a Slash gold top Epiphone from 2008 with authentic Seymour Duncan's that Slash uses.
Are the Gibson pickups on the 50s satin model you mentioned "better" or worse than the Seymour Duncan's?
