The circular saw is the only tool I have from Ryobi that I am not actually a fan of. Blade tends to get stuck often in the middle of a cut. Frustrating. I tend to favor the plug in saws if I had a longer cut to make. For short cuts on 2x4 or something similar, Ryobi is fine.

I think it's really dependent on how much you use them. I've had Ryobi has my main line and do pretty much everything DYI. I've yet to be unhappy. That said, I've only seen pros use Milwaukee or Dewalt. I don't know how much beating Ryobi can take in comparison.

My main cordless tools line is Ridgid. But there are things they don't make (e.g., stapler) that I'd like to have - in a nice to have sorta way - but also expect to use not these all that often. I understand I can buy an adaptor for Ridgid to ______.

I wanna keep it to one other brand...do you recommend Milwaukee or Ryobi?

The $199 deal only seems to be giving me one free tool, not two. Anyone else?

FYI --
I used the $99 deal twice.
The 2-orders will be delivered FREE on the same day, to the same address.
It would have let me keep going, if I'd wanted.

It was letting me add two, and to go through checkout without a hitch...even after I'd used the $99 deal once already, just minutes before.

Maybe your store is out of stock on one of your items?

I'd like to get the multitool, but does anyone know whether it's decent enough for cutting the occasional 2x4 or plywood?

I'm already in the Ryobi ecosystem, and unfortunately we've got so much [stuff] in our garage that it's easier to have just one or two tools accessible. I hate lugging out the circular saw for that small sort of thing. I'd prefer the multitool to the reciprocating saw since there's more I can do with it.
That depends on how precise and fast you need your cuts to be. I recently got a multitool and while it did some of what I expected, it is slow and imprecise.

This isn't giving me option to cancel just the batteries. Tried both app and browser but can only cancel whole order. Is anyone having this issue? This is for delivery btw.

Does anyone know why this doesn't come up when I search "Ryobi" in the app right now?

Same here for Bosch 12v and Ridgid 18v. I only have the Ryobi leaf blower so I got the mini chainsaw, especially after seeing it's oil free.

Same here. Seems dead. Some stores nearby showing price as $199 and letting me add to cart. And stores where price is $99 not letting me. And if I add to cart, price is getting changed to $200

How come I only get the $200 promo regardless of what tool I select? I can't get the $99 even though I'm doing the battery + blower or battery + orbit sander. Both are listed in the $99 category.

Ok, you have to add them separately not using the button that adds the battery + free tool
