You qualify for the $200 when you port your numbers from AT&T or T-Mobile. If you entered the number for each line, then you should qualify. If you got temporary numbers, I would worry the the offer will still be valid at the time you are finally able to port your numbers.

In the e-mail that says, "we received your order" is the purchase receipt. That should list your Costco gift card and your switcher eligibility for each line.

I am a little worried too why the receipt has no mentioned of the $200 switcher credit. I did get assigned temporary numbers. Rep told me I have to go to the link and used that Switch code to start the porting credit. I will officially port all my phones by 4th week of October.
3 of them should get shipped anytime and 4th one the pro max in white 516GB has an expected shipping date for 10/20.

Quick question -- I have 4 lines with T-mobile. If we would like to port them to Verizon or AT&T, will all the family members need to visit Costco? or only the head of the household (the person signed up and pay the bill) has to go?

I'm in the same boat, but I was told by Verizon corporate that it had to be an upgrade and not a BYD for the 200 switcher rebate. If you read the terms, it says that a new device payment plan must be active to be eligible. Hopefully I'm wrong on this one. I still submitted the rebate through the website and should get a response by early November.

I give up the idea of BYOD because I was only getting $360 plus Costco rep told me that I won't be eligible for $250 Costco GC for BYOD line.
So I ordered S23 ultra and tradin iphone12 for $1000 credit.

That's for existing customers who wants to upgrade. New Line and new customers can use any iPhone 3 or later for the tradein credit.

Anyone know what actually happens if you downgrade or upgrade the plan during those 3 years?

- Verizon deal with Costco and Verizon rebates … $6,990
- Combo deal … Verizon for first 12 months and then prepaid for 24 months … $4,269
Still getting raped by VZW! If my company didn't pay for my VZW cell service I wouldn't even bother keeping them.
