Yesterday I made the decision to switch from Verizon to AT&T for my family plan with 4 lines. Part of the process was making some account changes with the MyVerizon app so the process of porting our numbers goes smooth.
When I set up our Verizon account for porting out to AT&T, I magically received a text message the very next day:
"Hi, it's Verizon. Great news! As a way of saying thanks, we are applying a $10/mo discount to every active phone line on your account for the next 12 months. There is no action needed and you'll see it in the next 1-2 bill cycles. If you have questions please contact *611 to speak with a rep. Thank you for being a loyal customer!"
YMMV if it will work for you, but here are the steps to make Verizon think you are ready to leave them.
1. Open your My Verizon app.
2. Click on the Account icon at the bottom of the app.
3. Towards the top, it says "Hi (Your Name)" Click on the "Edit Profile and Settings" link underneath that.
4. On the Account Settings screen, scroll down to the Security section and click Number Lock.
5. On the Number Lock screen, turn off the Number Lock for each line. This enables other carriers to port out your line.
6. Go back to the Account Settings screen and click on Number Transfer Pin.
7. Generate a Number Transfer Pin. Since I already did it, I can't do it again right now in order to give you step-by-step directions. It was easy. You can figure it out.
And that's it. Wait a day or two and see if Verizon decides you are also a loyal customer worth giving a $10.00 per line loyalty discount for 12 months. YMMV.
Note: After a few days, go back into the app and turn Number Lock back on, so nefarious characters can't try to port out your phone number without your consent.

BS troll post. Thanks for your contribution.
We had 4 lines on 5G Play More Unlimited. The AT&T rep walked me through the steps while we were making the arrangements for the transfer of service. We were with them for 5 years I think.
Did you have any loyalty discounts previously? I already have a $20 discount on my one PlayMore line (now a legacy plan) and have doubts I'd get any additional. Worth a shot anyway.
We did not have any previous loyalty discounts. We were on 5G Play More unlimited plan.
Thanks! What made you switch? Any deals for jumping to AT&T?
There are a few different good deal for new iPhone 15s through Costco here on SlickDeals. Search for "iPhone Costco". Requires Costco membership.
We had Xfinity mobile. We saved a lot of money because of their plan. We had 5 lines sharing 1gb plan ($15) per month. The phone was used mostly for text and phone calls. We always have access to WiFi either through school or XFinity hotspot. There are times we would buy 10gb shared plan ($60) to share across 5 lines and it works fine for us. If you don't need data all the times for all the line, then Xfinity mobile will work for you. There are times my friend T-Mobile reception was not working but my Xfinity mobile works. Good luck.

If one of your priorities is having signal available as much as possible, then you should consider whether the plans are comparable in providing:
- priority data
- roaming
Had it for couple years. Always felt the data deprioritizing. Even with the higher tier plan, is it the same as postpay? Who knows..
I have a very bad experience with Xfinity Mobile. Worst customer service. Please don't switch to xfinity
On every phone line.
For a year"
Welp, that was quick. I have 4 lines and followed OPs instructions. Just got the deal! Thanks, Repped.
