7840 isnt the fastest not even close to 13700 h or hx
4060 is mid tier too
2 TB is mid tier too
350 nits is mid tier too
so why charging $1300 for this ???
999 would be an deal
Clearly you aren't factoring in the Kensington Lock slot and the microphone in. Those are worth $400 alone.
In all seriousness 2TB on a laptop is "mid tier?" 64GB of DDR5 ram as well? LOL...hardly. 165hz screen is fairly decent too...and nits ain't the only measurement.
But I have never heard of Eluktronics so I think I'll keep moving along.

mid tier 2 TB is about the speed of the SSD not the size , size isnt everything on SSD
didnt say 64 GB ram is mid tier, please no fake news here
62 whr battery sub mid tier
1 year warranty for an sub brand is poor
no thunderbolt
like you said decent , but an decent rtx 4060 laptop for 1300 isnt an deal you will get much much better build qualaty for 1300 or you will be able to get the same cheap qualaty for may be sub 1000

Sure thing

I agree, but 2TB costs way more than a 512gb so that costs goes somewhere, eh?

Exactly, cherry picking.

Watt hours 'aren't everything' either (actually the battery size is a useless metric without weighing battery consumption). What is far more important is actual battery life.

Actually that is pretty standard, or normal tier.

Very few mobo's for AMD CPU's are Thunderbolt "certified" yet many actually meet all the standards and have full compatibility. That is almost like asking a Samsung phone to have a Lightning connector. Perhaps we need to brush up on licensed (borderline) proprietary tech?

Find us a like deal then. Make sure it contains a 2TB SSD, 64gb of DDR5 ram, a 165hz screen, and perhaps even a 74 year warranty all for 1K.
