Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Sam's Club is... $2.91... and they have them in stock. Signing up for a waiting list to pay $5, if and when Amazon actually has them again? Tragically poor deal.
Edit: Walmart/Sam's are apparently at it again with their "regional" pricing on this item varying wildly depending on how much money they think they can bleed out of you. Condolences to those living in affluent areas, because apparently your price from the link above might be 500% higher than what I'm seeing.

That's some third-party reseller "J.O.B. Enterprises" selling at a ridiculously high price on Walmart's platform. Hopefully nobody is dumb enough to actually pay that for a product you can buy for less than $3.

Walmart/Sams does regional pricing both online and in store based on inventory levels and how much money their algorithm tells them people in a particular area are willing to pay... and the price differences are sometimes massive. We went through the same confusion here recently with Starkist Tuna pouches, with people fighting about whether they were $1 or $3+. Folks were seeing different prices for the same product online. Well, they're both $1 and $3 for the identical depending where you live. Also at that time they were $3 if I ordered for pick-up at my local store, but if I told them I was picking up 15 miles away in Tampa, they were a buck each over there for the exact same product.

Hmm showing $13 for me at that link. Walmart shows around $7 for the 24 count.
See my previous comment on how Sam's/Walmart (and many other retailers) have regional pricing. Note that we've had two other people post the prices they are seeing for this item and both gave prices different from mine or yours. ($15, $8.91)
Here's a screen shot from my Sam's app, hopefully it will work on SD.
Yeah. We seem to go through this frequently when we get a Walmart/Sam's deal posted because they charge wildly different pricing in different locations. So far we've had people report they're seeing $2.91, $8.91, $13+, and $15.
