Intel Core i7-13700H Processor 1.7 GHz (24M Cache, up to 1.7 GHz, 6 P-cores and 8 E- cores)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU 6GB GDDR6 Up to 1605MHz Boost Clock 45W Maximum Graphics Power with Dynamic Boost. Max. 70 CPU-GPU Power with GIGABYTE Turbo Boost Technology
Seems criminal to pay this much for 4050.. even worse that is the price after rebate
You're forgetting the rest of the specs - OLED display, a really fast 13-th gen CPU, 16GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, lighter than a macbook pro of the same size.

90Hz is about when I start to feel the difference from 60Hz, so that's something, but still feels like an odd choice.
I could see the soldered RAM being a dealbreaker for many, though. Tom's Hardware also felt like the battery life was a bit weak.
